Day 2 - Map Out Your Career Path
Tuesday, June 22nd
On Day 2, you will learn about the different career starting points and paths you can take along the way, identify the options available to you for your next step, and take ACTION to map out your CAREER PATH.
Wednesday, June 23rd
The next part of our process is to set your career plan CRITERIA including what industry & market segment you want to pursue, what things matter to you in your ideal role, and what opportunities are available in the CURRENT MARKET to give you direction and focus.
Day 4 - Building Your Credibility
Thursday, June 24th
Learn the difference between MANDATORY and "nice-to-have" credentials in your target market segment. On Day 4, you will learn about different sources for professional development and create an ACTION PLAN to build your credibility to be able to qualify for your next project role.
Day 5 - Next Steps to Build your Personal Marketing Strategy
Friday, June 25th
On Day 5, you will learn the FRAMEWORK to build your Personal Marketing Strategy so that you can FIND and LAND your next project role in ANY economy. You will be given the OPTION to continue working with me to receive feedback on your Career Plan and to build your Marketing Strategy.

I have been leading projects for over 15 years before starting my own Project Management Career Consulting and Coaching company. Each day, you will first access the daily training module. Once you watch the video training, you will be given a daily Challenge Activity to complete. It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that you complete the daily Challenge Activity to get MAXIMUM value out of the Challenge. That's why we're here, right? :-)
Question: How is the training delivered?
When you register for the event, you will create an account to access the Challenge Members Area. The training modules and the daily Challenge Activities will be available on-demand each day inside the Members Area. Your report out on the daily Challenge Activities should be done inside the private Facebook Group.
Question: When is the training?
Each day, the training module for that day will be time-released for on-demand viewing at 8:00AM MST / 10:00AM EST inside the Challenge Members Area.
Question: How do I interact with other Challengers?
When you register, you will receive an invitation to join us in the private Project Leader Career Plan Challenge Facebook Group where you can interact with other Challengers. This is also where you will complete the report out on your daily Challenge Activities.
